Consensual CBT
Anything as extreme as the photo today in the realm of CBT requires a consensual agreement between the femdom and her male slave.
Both parties may try this and test limits. However there will also be safewords in place so that if the scene becomes too intense the slave may stop it. The femdom as well. However for the male slave’s safety in consensual CBT (the only kind) then you must have a safeword in place.
